On 04/30/2009, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Permedica S.p.A. approved its Code of Ethics.

This document establishes the principles of Corporate Deontology and norms of behavior that the Company recognizes as the foundation of its business policy, principles and norms inherent in the various business activities and of which it demands timely compliance by corporate bodies, its employees and all those who collaborate to achieve the company’s objectives.

The ‘objective of the code is to recommend, promote or prohibit certain behaviors, above and beyond and independent of what is provided at the regulatory level.
