Cammino: zoppia lato destro<\/strong>. Segno di Duchenne\/Trendelemburg negativo.
\nArticolarit\u00e0: flesso-estensione 30-10-0\u00b0, rotazione esterna-interna 20-0-10\u00b0, abduzione-adduzione 10-0-20\u00b0.
\nEsame radiografico: coxartrosi anca destra secondaria a displasia<\/strong> (DDH, Crowe II, Paprosky IIb).<\/p>\n<\/div>SURGERY<\/h4><\/div>Il paziente \u00e8 stato sottoposto ad intervento di artroprotesi totale d’anca utilizzando un allograft d’osso di teste femorale da banca dell’osso fissato con alcune viti per ricostruire il bordo acetabolare laterale.
\nQuindi un cotile custom made di diametro 30mm realizzato con tecnologia TRASER in titanio trabecolare<\/strong> \u00e8 stato impiantato senza l’utilizzo di cemento e fissato con alcune viti da spongiosa aggiuntive.
\nSul lato femorale \u00e8 stato impiantato uno stelo custom made realizzato con la stessa tecnologia TRASER<\/strong> con una testina in metallo che si articolava con un inserto in UHMWPE.<\/p>\n<\/div>RESULT<\/h4><\/div>The final result is stable with a perfect covering of the cup implant<\/strong> and central seating of the TRASER custom made cup.<\/p>\n<\/div>FOLLOW-UP<\/h4><\/div>4 months after surgery perfect walk.<\/strong>
