Quality Control Inspector<\/p><\/h4><\/div>

Position<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager<\/strong>, the successful candidate will join the Quality Control Department and will be responsible for inspecting finished products and semi-finished components using both standard measuring instruments and 3D measuring machines.<\/p>\n

Supporting the Quality Control Manager, the candidate will:<\/p>\n

  • Perform quality inspections on finished products and semi-finished components.<\/li>\n
  • Assist, where possible, with the calibration, verification, and maintenance of quality control equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Report any product non-conformities identified during inspections to the Quality Control Manager and support their investigation and resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Promptly inform the Quality Control Manager of any issues or abnormalities encountered during daily activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Understanding of the technical and quality aspects related to the manufacturing and inspection of high-tech, high-reliability medical device components.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of quality control principles and product inspection processes.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of dimensional measurement techniques.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in the use of standard measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and similar tools.<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience with profile projectors, roundness measuring instruments, surface roughness testers, 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and CNC turning and milling processes will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Education and Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Technical diploma in an industrial or mechanical field.<\/li>\n
      • 2\u20134 years of experience<\/strong> in product quality control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Compensation<\/span>
          \n<\/strong>Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience (Annual Gross Salary: \u20ac25.000\u2013\u20ac30.000).<\/p>\n

          Merate (LC), Full Time Monday-Friday.<\/p>\n
