QA&RA Regulatory Specialist<\/h4><\/div>

Position<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful candidate will join the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Department<\/strong> and will have the opportunity to support departmental activities across different product types and risk classes. The role also requires proactive collaboration with all company departments.<\/p>\n

The m<\/span>ain activities <\/span>are<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Prepare, in collaboration with suppliers, technical documentation and related files for the registration of supplied medical devices (arthroscopy devices), and manage communications with the Notified Body (Class IIa and IIb devices).<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the Quality Management System is updated to include the management of these medical devices.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the execution of periodic controls required for sterilization processes.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the proper management of supplier qualification activities.<\/li>\n
  • Review acceptance documentation for raw materials and semi-finished products.<\/li>\n
  • Manage non-conformities and CAPA activities.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in Notified Body, customer, and internal audits.<\/li>\n
  • Review batch records and approve the release of finished products and semi-finished product batches within the company’s IT systems, ensuring compliance with established timelines. Prepare and verify the accuracy of the related release documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Review sterilization process documentation, including parametric and documentary release.<\/li>\n
  • Support complaint handling and incident reporting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Education and Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or another scientific discipline.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and spoken English.<\/li>\n
    • At least 3 years of experience<\/strong> in a Quality Assurance role within the medical device industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills and competencies: <\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Knowledge of the main regulations and standards applicable to the medical device industry, particularly:\n
          \n
        • ISO 13485 and ISO 14971<\/li>\n
        • Medical Devices Directive 93\/42\/EEC<\/li>\n
        • EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017\/745<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of technical documentation management.<\/li>\n
        • Understanding of mechanical drawing principles.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of project and planning management principles.<\/li>\n
        • Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Compensation<\/span>
          \n<\/strong>Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience (Annual Gross Salary: \u20ac28,000\u2013\u20ac35,000).<\/p>\n
