What bone likes

Trabecular titanium structure reproducing bone nature.

Product range: 14 sizes (Ø 44-70mm),
17 sizes Revision (Ø 48-80mm).

JUMP® System TRASER® is an acetabular prosthesis for cementless primary hip replacement realized with titanium alloy powder by Selective Laser Melting additive technique. This process allows to obtain solid objects starting from digital 3D-CAD models by row material apposition (Ti6Al4V powder) layer by layer, until the component is completed.

High primary stability

The high primary stability of the cup is ensured by the low profile and polar deflection, which promote the equatorial distribution of load forces, while the randomized geometry porosity of the trabecular surface provides an optimal structure for bone regrowth, ensuring the biological stabilization of the implant.

Trabecular surface

The dimension and randomized geometric shape of the trabecular surface, very similar to trabecular bone, offers a very good structure for bone ingrowth, ensuring the secondary fixation of the implant.

Multi-hole version

TRASER® Revision has an higher number of holes to address moderate revision cases.

Inserts

The JUMP® System cups provides a range of joint liners in UHMWPE,
VITAL-XE® and BIOLOX® delta ceramic allowing coupling with articular heads of different diameters, including Dual Mobility inserts which represents a reliable solution for those cases where a high risk of dislocation is expectable.

Dual mobility

The JUMP® System Dual Mobility represents a reliable solution for those cases where a high possibility of dislocation can be expected (patients with poor muscle tone or neuromotor control) allowing to apply to the JUMP® System cups the advantages of a Dual Mobility joint.

A metal insert allows the use of ACORN Dual Mobility inserts made of UHMWPE or VITAL-E®.

MATERIALS

JUMP® System TRASER® cups are made of Titanium Aluminium Vanadium alloy powders in compliance with ISO5832/3 Standards.
