 GKS BUTTERFLY MICROLOY® provides a femoral-tibial component with a Metal-on-Metal coupling hinge.
This increases the average life of the implant by reducing long term wear due to the stresses involving this joint during flexion-extension.
It is also available in the ANTILUXATION version, where the polyethylene liner constrains the femoral component to the tibia.
