This document establishes the principles of business conduct and the standards of behaviour that Pemedica recognizes as fundamental for it's entreprenureal policy; respected principles and norms of society inherent to the different company activities. Employees and others acting on Permedica's behalf must comply with all laws and Business Conduct Policies.

The objective of the "Code of Ethics" is to recommend, promote and prohibit certain types of behaviour independently of the local laws in effect.
